Project 11 in Japan | Abenobashi Terminal Building (Japan's highest skyscraper)

Damptech has developed a series of large capacity dampers for the tallest building in Japan.
For the 300 m tower Damptech has developed large capacity dampers in the range 1500-5000 kN with the
5000 kN damper being one of the largest capacity dampers in the World.
The dampers are installed in the frame structure with diagonal bracings.The dampers are uni-directional
friction dampers with 4 friction joints each.
